1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To register for a 85php account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and valid Philippine government-issued identification. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify 85php of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers
• Enable two-factor authentication if available

You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. 85php shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

3.3 Account Verification

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities when appropriate.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension

85php reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily while investigating potential terms violations, suspicious activity, or verification issues. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated with full functionality.

8.2 Termination by Company

85php may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You are found to be underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to 85php. Winnings obtained through terms violations will be forfeited.

8.3 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closing, you must withdraw all available funds. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may not be closed until requirements are completed or bonuses forfeited. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the specified exclusion period expires.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While 85php strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. No compensation will be provided for losses resulting from service downtime.

9.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 85php's total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 85php disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 85php, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 85php, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the complaint to our management team. We are committed to fair and prompt dispute resolution.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without 85php's prior written consent. The Company may assign or transfer these Terms at any time to any affiliate or successor entity.

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming guidelines, and any specific game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 85php regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
